Image Racket
Image racket was created after a short stint at Barnes & Noble reading creative magazines. This little plugin can take any movie clip inside of Flash and distort it - similar to the digital noise you see on your television via satellite dish on a very cloudy day.
Play with the sliders to get different effects.
